Service Pack

Most manufacturers have set up an official European supply channel for their spare parts.

These are called SERVICE PACK. 

SERVICE PACK parts are the only components bearing the logo authorized to repair devices of the following brands: SAMSUNG, SONY, HUAWEI, HONOR, ASUS and LG.

This obligation concerns all parts bearing the manufacturer's logo: rear windows, batteries and certain complete screens. 

The use of so-called compatible parts is of course allowed, but they must not bear the manufacturer's logo.

To recognize a part of the service pack: 

In terms of packaging, the parts are sold in the original boxes or ESD packaging.

In terms of price, SERVICE PACK parts have a single source: the manufacturer. Therefore, price distortions are not very obvious (they only depend on the profit margin of your supplier and his ability to buy screens in large quantities).

As far as quality is concerned, the parts are of very good quality so no worries there.

The service pack screens are usually sold with the chassis.

Warranty: 

As the manufacturer does not provide a warranty, no warranty can be offered on the SERVICE PACK.

Please note: Apple does not provide any spare parts.

Whatever you are told, it is therefore impossible to sell or legally install parts bearing the APPLE logo (back shell or batteries in particular) except for reconditioned parts.
